Snuggle into the VIP Club with a free 10-day trial, one per member. If you decide to stay, your membership is $39.95, charged once the trial is over and then again every 28 days until you let us know you're done. Cancel inside the 10 days and you won't pay a thing. Charges that have already gone through aren't refundable.
Members save 20% to 80% on select weighted plushies and other cozy finds. The discount depends on the item, and a few products aren't included.
Leaving is easy. Visit the Membership Cancellation page or your VIP Club page, write to us by email, send a note through the contact form, or call 1-888-682-6225. Reach out at least 24 hours before your renewal date and your next charge won't run.
