Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days from your purchase date.
If your order ships sooner, you’ll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number at the address you provided.

No tracking by the 5th business day?

Check your Junk/Spam folders.
If there’s still no email, contact us through our support email so we can verify.

Past 5 business days from order date

If your order hasn’t shipped by the 6th business day, our Team has already flagged the delay and escalated it to our Fulfillment Team.
Please allow 3 more business days for us to update you with your tracking number.

Typical delivery windows remain: 7–20 business days (US) and 10–25 business days (International).

Why tracking might not appear or update

The first scan may occur only when the package reaches a regional hub near its destination—common during high-volume, bulk processing periods. Until then, the carrier may not show receipt.
In some cases, the first scan doesn’t happen until delivery.
Tracking databases can experience update delays.
Certain services (e.g., Standard International) are not trackable. Your order should still arrive on or before the 20th (US) or 25th (International) business day.

After the standard window

Beyond 20 business days (US) or 25 (International): If tracking hasn’t changed, please allow an additional 5 business days; most parcels arrive shortly after the usual timeframe.
Beyond 30 business days (US) or 35 (International): We understand the concern. Our team closely monitors these cases and escalates them to the Fulfillment Manager to determine the cause. Please allow 2–5 business days for our investigation and email update.

Your delivery estimate = estimated ship date + transit time.
Transit time depends on your selected shipping speed and is measured in business days. Saturdays and Sundays generally do not count, unless a weekend delivery option is chosen at checkout. Holidays are also factored in.
Some pages may display an “order within” countdown, showing the window to place your order for delivery by a specific date. That date may change until checkout is complete. Your order confirmation email will show the confirmed delivery date.

Orders sent via free shipping arrive within 7–25 business days.
Because we ship using the most cost-efficient method to offer free delivery, dispatch might take a bit longer than expected—but we will still ship in time for arrival within 7–25 business days.

To keep prices affordable, we rarely offer expedited shipping.
When available on the Shipping/Checkout page, delivery estimates are 7–15 business days (US) and 10–20 business days (International).
